Background Information
For the purpose of achieving company mission and value: "To be the world's first class famous brand enterprise", "Making customers feel relieved everyday", "Everything we do based on customers' development.", and for our tenet" Creating value for customers"; we have set "Zero Inventory Project" to save time for customers and maximize customers' interest, meanwhile for reducing inventory cost and improving inventory turn-around efficiency.
"Zero Inventory" is a special inventory concept, it is the important classification concept for industrial enterprise and trading enterprise. Its basic thought is through strict management to prevent wastes of passive state in production, surplus labor, unnecessary handling, unreasonable process, defective product repairing etc. reaching the state of "zero failure", "zero defect" and "zero inventory".
Project Objective
Produce proper quantity of spare parts or products at proper time to meet the objective of "zero inventory", short delivery time, small quantity replenishment with high frequency, high quality and "zero defect".
Specification of the objective as bellow:
1.Minimize scrappage( zero scrap)
2.Minimize the inventory( zero inventory)
3.Minimize the delivery time( zero delivery time)
4.Shorten the production lead time
5.Reduce spare parts handling and Minimize the handling quantity
6.Reduce the damage risks of machines.
